Alright... this is a complete f-ing joke. Blackburn, Greider and Szostak won for the discovery of how chromosomes are protected by telomeres and the enzyme telomerase. Jesus... who DIDN'T understand how chromosomes are protected by telomeres and the enzyme telomerase, that's what I want to know! Why don't we just give out a physics award to someone who discovered Gravity... my two year old nephew knows how chromosomes are protected by telomeres and the enzyme telomerase.

I'm telling you, people need to get outraged about something other than Obama... it's the entire Nobel system people... it's just a freaking popularity contest these days. Just a popularity contest.

Economics

Alright... this is the biggest outrage of them all. WHO THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO GIVE AWAY A NOBEL PRIZE FOR ECONOMICS?!

Has anyone ever heard of Simon Kuznets? Ridiculous... let's get angry about this before we get angry at that Obama character. Nobel Prizes are just going down hill...

Chemistry

The 2009 Nobel Prize for Chemistry was awarded to Thomas Steitz, Ada Yonath and Venkatraman Ramakrishnan? Yeah... and while we're at it why don't we give it to everybody in an AP Chem class as well... sheesh.

I hope that the nobel committee understands that by giving this award to all three of these "chemists" they take away the honor from the only one in there deserving of it. Ada Yonath is BRILLIANT and the other two are just idiots who happened to be around when she figured out the structure of the ribosome. I mean those other two don't even KNOW the importance of the ribosome... they only know the importance of being leeches on other's glory.

Guys, before we get mad about Obama, can we please get mad at this ridiculous outrage?!

Literature

The 2009 award for literature was given to Herta Mueller. Really?!

EVERYone knows that Herta Mueller is easily the least prolific Romanian-born German novelist, poet and essayist noted for her works depicting the harsh conditions of life in Communist Romania under the repressive Nicolae Ceauşescu regime. How could the Nobel committee give the award to someone who doesn't adequately portray the Lowlands in her short story collection The Lowlands?!!!

Everyone is up in arms about this Obama fellow, but you know what... no one is angry enough about this complete outrage.
